Delivery Information

In store collections are possible, please select “In-store Pickup” when at  checkout. Please also specify your approximate pickup time in the ‘special instructions’ box so we can have your order ready for you.

For dried flower arrangements, please allow at least half day for collection.

Order before 1pm for same-day flower delivery for all Christchurch suburbs; 12pm for business addresses or Outer Areas.

Order before 11am for same-day flower delivery for all Christchurch suburbs; 9am for Outer Areas.

*** Please note Saturday delivery does NOT apply to some of the Outer Areas and Long Haul Areas. Orders placed for Saturday delivery to such places will be delivered on the next business day. A handling fee will be charged if these orders are to be cancelled.

No deliveries on Sunday (except Mother’s Day) or public holidays.

NO deliveries to Christchurch Women’s Hospital;

We DO NOT recommend that you order flowers (fresh or dried) for patients staying at Christchurch Public Hospital because they are NOT accepted in most wards.

If you have ordered flowers for deliveries to the wards or units stated on this page that do not allow flowers, we will contact you to see whether you wish to change the delivery to another address. If you prefer cancelling the order, a handling fee will be charged.

Akaroa, Amberley, Ashburton, Darfield, Diamond Harbour, Dunsandel, Governors Bay, Kirwee, Leeston, Loburn, Oxford, Pegasus, Rakaia, Southbridge, Waipara.

Same-day delivery does NOT apply to most of the rural addresses and many places outside Christchurch.

If your delivery address is too far out of Christchurch, or is a rural address (you can check it via the link: https://www.nzcouriers.co.nz/address_checker.html), please do contact us BEFORE you place the order to make sure we can deliver.

If you have placed the orders to such addresses without checking with us in advance, a handling fee will be charged when these orders are to be cancelled.

If no one is home to receive the flowers, we will leave them in a safe place. If our courier cannot access the property, we will contact you or the reciever. Re-delivery or incorrect addresses will incur a re-delivery fee.

Your Valentine’s Day orders will be delivered on the day of 14th Feb, but please note – requirement for specific delivery time is NOT accepted.

For delivery to business addresses, Outer Areas or Long Haul Areas, cut-off time for orders is 1pm on 13th Feb.
