Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
At Downies Flowers, we take great care in preparing every arrangement. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, we kindly ask that you provide photos of the product upon delivery.
Once reviewed, we will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
Important Notes
- All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery
- Flowers are a natural product, and variations in colour, size, and bloom are normal
- Substitutions may be made due to seasonal availability while maintaining overall style and value
- We are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer
